Wow! So much has happened in such a short time- we are blowing up and that’s a good thing for all of us. I am amazed at the energy we get when there is a full house at C3 I hope everyone’s having as much fun as I am. It’s probably not going to be to long before we expand to a larger Box. CrossFit is addictive and it spreads. That’s good for all of us.
It was an honor to have Tim Gagne, a local Firefighter stop in and tear through the “Chief” workout with a very legit 24 rounds! That’s the level of fitness a Firefighter should maintain.
