23:12 no better start to my day. Running in the rain reminded me of warrior dash. A much milder version!

21:21 on the trail run. Then ran again with Tess and Kerri. Definitely feeling those lunges from yesterday. My glutes are on fire but the run was a good opportunity to stretch those muscles out a bit.
If you missed this morning, hope to see you this afternoon-Zach you better be there!
    Fun run!

I love running on trails. I don’t especially love running on trails with a sandbag over my shoulder, but a fun WOD anyway! 23:30 I think

The trail is 2.8 miles from my house. I plan on running there doing the WOD and running back. I’ll let you know how I make out.

got 26 something which isn’t too bad for all the mcdonalds I ate last night. I enjoyed this one, it’s like a very small version of the spartan race I’m doing in a couple weeks

Had fun this morning in the rain, I went out a second time with no sand bag @ 9am, so sorry Mo and Robb, we definitely made some wrong turns out there, not sure if we did the whole course. I got a work out though and had fun, and that was the point.

    Shit Mason!! Calling me out.

24:52, thanks for running with us mason and jamin! Definitely made it easier to keep a good pace with a coach one step behind you!

Hahha Zach, it is fun and a good challenge!

I’m sorry I missed this one this morning, it sounds like fun!

I have a great idea. I’m going to run 2.21 miles (21:29) in the rain to my running trail WOD 1.97 mile (26:20) with very wet sandbag and oh ya, 2.21 miles (28:07) home in the very heavy rain. My 58 y/o body is saying, “WTF.”

Thank you to all who offered to give me a ride.

I downloaded a bunch of cadences, and am going to get a cadence tag on my Pandora, if you will let me, or if anyone is interested in it, I would love to lead the group in cadences next time

I love trail running. I find that when it’s raining is the best time to do it. I’m bummed I couldn’t make it to possibly the best wod ever.

I liked your cadences this morning Pat. Come on Ivy!

18:24 I think? Idk if I went the right way…… It was just myself and one other, I don’t know if he got lost or I did? LoL. Anyways, walked away from this feeling pretty badass….. Loved every second of it! We need more of these!
