    Well is started todays WOD in the downpour saying “this sucks” and ended it saying “that was acutally fun” 🙂 24: something 90 on sled, purple then red for ring dips, doubles!

    Well this morning was interesting. Driving in with a sunny start to the morning and then it just started to pour. I started the WOD off Rx. Tried pushing without shoes on because I kept slipping. Got better traction without shoes but my feet started to hurt. So the shoes went back on. Then I got rid of one of the playes. Used a purple band for the ring dips for the last 2 rounds. I got 26:40 I believe and it was fun doing it. Kinda like playing in the rain.

    that was a lot harder than I thought. It was dry in the afternoon, but the sleds kept getting stuck on the pavement. 21:42 rx

    Well this was a toughy, glad I did it. 29:19 rx on the sled pushes. Did first set of dips with the red band 2nd with the blue band and the last 3 sets with blue and purple. Singles on the jump ropes. Woof.

    36:50, did sled push Rx, used blue and purple bands for dips, did doubles for first two rounds, but then switched to singles because it was taking me way too long to get them all. 2 points today.
