    Did this wod today, Sunday.
    A, 95,125,125,135,136, 140, 140
    B. 3 rnds rx
    C. Complete broke them into sets of 25 alternating using purple pull aparts and red press downs.
    The hang clean @ 105 and the dips unweighted but got chest to the bar. These feel stronger.

    Only Worked To 275 on the squats, my right hip was hurting.
