    A. Stayed at 55# tweaked my shoulder so stayed at that weight.
    B. Done, those box pistols were brutal. Allan and Josh awesome work using the 2 pood. That’s insane. The rest of B complete.

    B. Done 2 pood took a while. My ham strings were pumped after those extensions.
