The Filthy 50
For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

    28:02….I wimped out on wall balls…hit 40 and meant to finish with 10 at the end but there was no more gas in the tank….great workout 530 group

    I couldn’t make it in today but really wanted to do this wod! So instead of pouting, congrats to those who did it, its not easy but well worth the pain!

    Did the filthy 50 today because I really wanted to do it yesterday but wasn’t able to make it.

    Got 26:23 all Rx’d except for 25 of the knees to elbows.

    That was fun. Can’t wait to do it again!!
