1 RM Press
1 RM Deadlift

After Danny Dean broke his neck eight years ago, he was only able to use 20 percent of his right side. Physical therapists told him whatever movement he regained in the next 18 months would be the most he would ever have. The former competitive wakeboarder became resigned to his fate.
Then his wife started doing CrossFit.
October 27th We have been invited to take a field trip to the Air Base and run through their Obstacle Course! The cost is only $6 per person. Please sign up at C3 if you would like to join the group.

    Hey Masters competitors – I’m not going to be able to compete tomorrow. I just tried the movements and I’m unable to do them without considerable pain. Bummer! I will not be going to Natick at 7AM tomorrow – you’re welcome to meet at our house and leave any cars here but I won’t be going up til later on.
    Any 45-49 year old female want to take my spot in the competition???
