WOD 10 Rounds Rxd Fun 9:30am class!!!
Very excited that I could do the same WOD as all of you today! I got 4 rounds plus the running and double unders. I used a blue and a red band. The biggest challenge in this WOD was people talking to me, and me trying the find the right words to nicely explain in Portuguese that I couldn’t stop to chat. A few friends of mine out for a walk wanted to try my jump rope and then sat down to watch me struggle with double unders, while giving me pointers. And then some random kids just wanted to try doing pull ups in the bands. It was still a good workout though 🙂
Mark you killed that wod! I was happy that I could connect 4-6 double unders 🙂 great job 9:30 am class
6 rounds plus run. 50/50 on the jumps, back extensions instead of pull ups. Love those tabata sit ups! Erica, sounds like your having a blast!
8 and 1/3 rounds Rx’d could have done alittle better but DU’S held me back! Great workout! Kurt M 45 burpees done before class
