Hand stand! What!!!??? Yup I did.
Dead lift 430 lbs
So many things! But I remember really wanting to do double unders, and thinking that is NEVER going to happen!
Pull ups without a band – I thought there was no way!
Everything was going to be a stretch but I never thought I would ever be doing a pull-up.
I agree with Traci, so many things! And what’s awesome, is that there is still so much to learn and develop. I’d have to say right now, toes to bar and double under’s.
In regards to yesterday’s question, 5 sets of 25 wall balls is definitely not, in anyway, part of my “favorite wod”.
Definitely have to say pull ups and running a mile.
A muscle up !really thought id never get it !
Backsquat more than 200 pounds.
RUN…ANY DISTANCE…CAN’T SAY I LIKE IT BUT AT LEAST IM DOING IT!!!!
Well I’d have to say CrossFit is the thing I never thought I could do before CrossFit! But if I have toBe specific I’d say climbing the rope. That was a defining moment for me:)
Next on the list: New Bedford 1/2 marathon in the spring.
Love reading these posts!!! I’m inspired by you all every single day:)
Climbing the rope was mine too Kristin!!! Huge moment, I just used to hang around on that rope in gym class watching all the other kids!
24:57 upscaled to 75# for the sumo dead lift high pull.
It’s double unders for me. It has taken me 4 years to finally start to get them.
28:15-10# ball, 35# high pullBefore coming here I never thought that at this age each year I could ski progressively steeper and faster than ever before, or still be able to drive a golf ball 275 yds, or still effectively play competitive softball against 20-30 year olds.
34:53 10# wb, 45#, that was tough but a great wod!
28:50…14# WB & 75# SDHP
24:26 10# ball 75# deadlift 5 rounds are so hard.
Hand stand walking, I remember trying as a kid and wasn’t able to do it. I have since done at least 15ft at C3
Tough wod ! 5 rounds always gets ya 😉 24:09 rx fun chasing traci and Jon
