Pull ups without a band – I thought there was no way!
Everything was going to be a stretch but I never thought I would ever be doing a pull-up.
I agree with Traci, so many things! And what’s awesome, is that there is still so much to learn and develop. I’d have to say right now, toes to bar and double under’s.
In regards to yesterday’s question, 5 sets of 25 wall balls is definitely not, in anyway, part of my “favorite wod”.
Definitely have to say pull ups and running a mile.

Well I’d have to say CrossFit is the thing I never thought I could do before CrossFit! But if I have toBe specific I’d say climbing the rope. That was a defining moment for me:)

Climbing the rope was mine too Kristin!!! Huge moment, I just used to hang around on that rope in gym class watching all the other kids!

It’s double unders for me. It has taken me 4 years to finally start to get them.
