    Well I’d have to say CrossFit is the thing I never thought I could do before CrossFit! But if I have to
    Be specific I’d say climbing the rope. That was a defining moment for me:)

    Next on the list: New Bedford 1/2 marathon in the spring.

    Before coming here I never thought that at this age each year I could ski progressively steeper and faster than ever before, or still be able to drive a golf ball 275 yds, or still effectively play competitive softball against 20-30 year olds.
