    Well that was a little tough! I actually felt like pull-up bar grew a couple inches wider, but then realized it was just my swollen sausage hands:)

    10 something rxd
    Isabella visiting from Nashville- nice job!! She got like 235 or something crazy!

    165 squat. Tried to do 175, but couldn’t get back up after the three seconds. Fun working with Erin and Isabeau, who killed it on the squat!
    10:32 for the WOD, 65# and blue and red bands. Snatches got pretty hard after a while.

    275 on the squat pause. Really great mental test. 11:08 on the wod doing squat snatches. Bobby S beat me, as expected. I hate that. Fuel on the fire.

    215# on the squat pause…..meh. 8:56 on the WOD but I only used 35# to work on form and green/blue bands
