    Partnered w/ Mason…who did this WOD at the men’s Rx of 90# for the entire time- she kicked serious ass.

    13.5 rounds & 371 sit ups.

    Paired up with Laura. Swapped out the extra 45# when she went so we both did it Rx. Got 14 rounds and 405 sit ups. Good job all around today!

    Thanks Zach but you were the powerhouse on this wod. Kudos to everyone at the 5:30 class. Eric and Chris J went 19 rounds plus some ridiculous amount of situps in the 600’s. Great wod! Love those sleds, good change from running. Shout out to Taylor who kept running with it every time…I think he has been at C3 for 2-3 weeks???? Awesome!
    JenBen also did the guys rx-BEAST! Great work.

    I really enjoy the teamwork WOD’s too. It was great pairing with you Nettie and I felt like I was crawling with the sled. Great teamwork though.

    Mark and Steve (he’s my friend now Eric!) 8 and 7 rounds on the sled and 621 sit ups-Steve was a relentless machine!
