(Compare To Tabata Score Which Is 2:40 Of Work In Almost 4 Minutes)

    135 dl (PR, and yes I did ring the bell!!), first time doing handstands at C3 and came down a total of 4 times, 95 sit-ups. So looking forward to a rest day tomorrow 🙂
