    My goal is to backsquat over 300 pounds, I will reach said goal next summer and will do so by going to Crossfit 5 days a week.

    My goal is unassisted pullups by my 59th birthday, May 12th. Every workout day attempting pullups.

    Pull uuuuuuuuups! Keep increasing my double under numbers. Get faster/take less breaks. Lift heavier! I know the programming and practice will take care of it if I keep coming and working hard. And clean up my diet.

    Well I have a new unexpected goal… While playing soccer last night, for the first time in 8 years, I planted my left foot to change directions and my knee popped and gave out. Luckily while at the ER the doc told me that there doesn’t seem to be a tear but that I sprained the outside ligament in my knee. I was fearing the worst for sure so I guess I can take the positive out of it. So my goal is to get my knee healed up and back to WODing with everyone again. I consider this a “crossfit” goal because crossfit is a part of my everyday life. I don’t know where I’d be without it.

    I also would like to get a Muscle up…maybe the new place will bring us all super powers

    Goal….205 pounds by end of January. Which will increase my pull ups, running and should allow me to get a muscle up and doubles. JM …..oh, and learn to climb the rope at the new place. I can’t wait for it…. Also cannot wait to see Mason’s obstacle courses for warm ups at the new place.

    My goals are to lose the last 20 pounds and do an unassisted pullup. To lose the weight – I have to continue making healthy nutritional choices. To do an unassisted pullup – I have to continue to go down in bands. Which leads me to today’s WOD. Thanks Sarah for encouraging me to try the green/red combo. I could only do 2-3 per round, but I’ll get there. Loved today’s WOD. Mason? Obstacle course? Warm ups? A cold chill just went down my spine.

    I have a lot of goals, but for this exercise, I’m going to go with the unassisted pull up. I’m really not sure how long it is going to take me to get there. Maybe within the next 6 months?? I’m trying to make it realistic, but I’m not sure. I can do one with a single purple band, but only one. I am going to keep trying to move down in bands during WODs, and I should probably do negatives more often. I also would like to lose 15-20 more pounds, which would also really help. Andy, hope you feel better soon!

    50 pullups, 53 wall balls, 185 du’s and 98 situps…it was great to wod with you Jamin!
    Goal: handstand walk by end of January.

    Andy, take it from someone that has had a few comebacks, it’s because I was doing CrossFit when I went out that made my recovery and return much quicken. Get well soon.

    Thank you everyone! I feel as though it’s because I do crossfit that I didn’t have a major tear of my ACL/MCL or meniscus. Amazingly my knee is already feeling better and I’m hoping this is just a number of good things to come. See everyone soon! 🙂

    81 wall balls- 53 doubles- 83 sit-ups- 51 pull-ups…something around there.

    30 something pull-ups, 53 wall balls, 185? Doubles, 99 sit-ups
    Goal- to do a muscle up before I die. I don’t know how or what or when- but I have had a dream I did one once:)
