Had to do the TTB or reasonable tries 5 at a time, and that was slow. Now starting to feel good enough to take a run a some old PRs in a week or so.
13:42 subbed front squats @ 115# for OHS, the rest RX. Skipped second part had to rush back to work. Enjoy the weekend!

Funny story and something I have never done before, on my last set I accidentally left an extra 10# on one side. Some how made it through both reps. So I guess technically I did 375#:-). Apparently I wasn’t completely awake yet. Other than that I felt pretty good today.

A.) 16:14. 15 TTB, 15 KTE, 135 for deadlifts, a few doubles but mostly singles, OHS with just a 15# bar (such a weak movement for me), blue and purple bands for pull ups (crap I’m out of shape!). This WOD was the epitome of everything I hate, rolled into one (except maybe the DL, I like those).
B.) 125#. Kept it light
