Give full concentration to efficiency in the power cleans.

    17 +3+4 I subbed 10 walking lunges for the air squats. Apparently I can’t count and watch the clock. I missed a minute somewhere. Oh well…

    32+ 6 Rx. I really haven’t felt this much soreness in my legs so soon after a workout. We will see what tomorrow will bring. Oh my quads. !!!!!
