    Question. If we can clean and jerk the grace weight but can’t squat snatch it four in a row- go
    Down in weight for grace?

    75# 4 snatches.
    I started thinking about the errands I had to do around rep 7 and lost count. I have no idea how many reps I did. I hate when I do that.

    A) 35-35-35-35-45. stayed light to work on form. the squat portion of that kills me every time.
    B) 3;49 at 55# My first Grace. Judging by my time, I could have gone heavier, but I’m battling a sinus infection so I took it easy.

    Grace: 5:57 rx huge pr for me. A year ago it was 12 something. Then 2 mile row 16:44. That was miserable. I can’t wait to start running!
