Going shopping tomorrow.Water mark hit!I did have two beers tonight because a salesman took a few of us out after work. Normally in that situation I would have had at least 4-5 beers so great strides:-) No WOD today – rest Saturday. Probably run tomorrow morning 2-3 miles. Lets go B’s! Happy Mother’s Day.
Stayed strict but definitely my worst day, more snacking than usual.Post WOD- Smoothie w/ 10 oz unsweetened almond milk, 1 frozen banana, 1 tsp cashew butter, cinnamon and 1 scoop vanilla protein powderB- 2 eggs, bartlett pear, sauteed onion, bell pepper and mushroomL- 5 oz canned tuna mixed with an avocado, ~4 oz grapes, larabarS- banana, larabar, bartlett pearD- ~6 oz lobster w/ 1/3 cup almond milk and 1/3 coconut milk, onion and bell pepper w/ curry powder and other spices. Sauteed asparagus, mushroom, yellow squash, zucchini w/ ~1 tsp olive oilDessert- applewater-check
I think I can make 3 more weeks. It was easier today for me. Wasn’t as hungry as yesterdayBreakfast I had a coconut kefir shake with protein powder banana and strawberriesLunch was a chicken sausage with peppers and onionsSnack was carrots and pineapple chunksDinner- 4 oz prime rib, steamed brocolli and a salad ( lettuce, tomato, cukes) no dressingGot in 90 oz water
