    Breakfast: 3 eggs and bacon
    Green tea black
    Snack: Larabar
    Lunch: Grilled chicken over mixed greens with peppers, sliced almonds and dried cranberries
    Snack: banana
    Dinner: 4 eggs, sautéed peppers, bacon, asparagus – nothing left in my house. Going shopping tomorrow.
    Water mark hit!
    I did have two beers tonight because a salesman took a few of us out after work. Normally in that situation I would have had at least 4-5 beers so great strides:-) No WOD today – rest Saturday. Probably run tomorrow morning 2-3 miles.
    Lets go B’s! Happy Mother’s Day.

    Stayed strict but definitely my worst day, more snacking than usual.
    Post WOD- Smoothie w/ 10 oz unsweetened almond milk, 1 frozen banana, 1 tsp cashew butter, cinnamon and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    B- 2 eggs, bartlett pear, sauteed onion, bell pepper and mushroom
    L- 5 oz canned tuna mixed with an avocado, ~4 oz grapes, larabar
    S- banana, larabar, bartlett pear
    D- ~6 oz lobster w/ 1/3 cup almond milk and 1/3 coconut milk, onion and bell pepper w/ curry powder and other spices. Sauteed asparagus, mushroom, yellow squash, zucchini w/ ~1 tsp olive oil
    Dessert- apple
    water-check

    I think I can make 3 more weeks. It was easier today for me. Wasn’t as hungry as yesterday
    Breakfast I had a coconut kefir shake with protein powder banana and strawberries
    Lunch was a chicken sausage with peppers and onions
    Snack was carrots and pineapple chunks
    Dinner- 4 oz prime rib, steamed brocolli and a salad ( lettuce, tomato, cukes) no dressing
    Got in 90 oz water

    B: 1 scrambled egg with 3 pieces apple gate farms turkey bacon
    S: larabar
    D: 2 hot dogs( not the healthiest but we aren’t home) no bun, paleo ketchup, small salad with mixed greens, cukes, onions, fennel, olive oil
    All water in (64 oz)

    5/10 @ a wedding (not mine) last night, lost focus on clean nutrition somewhere around the electric slide…beer didn’t help. back on the horse today

    breakfast- i hard boiled egg and a banana
    lunch- chicken sausage and roasted garlic yellow squash and zucchini and an apple
    dinner crock pot chicken thighs and a sweet potato with butter and sea salt
    snack bell pepper with olive tapenade and hummus and chocolate paleo crunch

    didnt get my water… and my head is killing me! ugh sugar withdrawal!
