    B- smoothie (8 oz almond milk, banana, almond butter)
    L- turkey burger, cuc/tomato/onion salad, ~4oz of paleo banana bread, ~8 oz of watermelon

      Sent that too soon… also with the snack was 2 handfuls of sunflower seeds
      D- ~4oz chicken/veggie stir fry with coconut aminos

    B- chicken meatballs with paleo cranberry sauce , peppers and zucchini
    L- salad with lettuce, peppers , onions, tomato, celery, cucumber, avacado and chicken
    S- mango, spinach, collard greens, pineapple, coconut milk shake
    D- lobster, peppers, zucchini and 1/2 sweet potato
    S- dates and pecans

    Lunch – lime and herb chicken, peppers, dried cranberries, mixed greens
    Dinner – grilled steak tips, peppers, mixed greens, asparagus
