    B- smoothie (8 oz almond milk, banana, almond butter)
    L- salad w/ spring mix/spinach, tomatoes, cucs, 1/2 an avocado, ~3oz smoked turkey, paleo italian dressing
    S- 2 handfuls of sunflower seeds (~30-40)
    Post WOD- ~8oz coconut water w/ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    D- ~6oz salmon cooked in coconut aminos w/ broccoli on the side

    S- raisins and pecans
    D- hamburg with tomato and grilled pineapple

    Breakfast – strawberries, almonds, dried cranberries over mixed greens
    Lunch – sliced ham, strawberries, blueberries. Larabar
    Snack – banana
    Dinner – 2 apple chicken sausages with mixed greens and dried cranberries
    Water mark hit

    So… over the weekend I got water in (Sat, Sun, Mon) I was painting so I didn’t have a chance to post as my computer was kinda buried…

    My nutrition was TERRIBLE, I’ll try to remember everything I ate and go back and post it all tonight…
