    Stomach hasn’t been right since last night, think that maybe the last time I make the buffalo chicken meatloaf….didn’t eat nearly enough today but it was all paleo
    Post WOD- smoothie (8oz almond milk, 1 banana, almond butter, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder)
    Dinner- ~5 oz chicken covered in spices and pan seared in coconut oil, broccoli on the side
    Did get all my water in

    Egg sausage- curry chicken mixed veggies steak shrimp naruto mixed veggies pine apples mixed nuts all water. ( I thought I would loose my point for nutrition today) away w my family for the day but pre packed ahead ordered healthy and took a huge water bottle w me. Made the choice not to loose the point! Felt great and no cravings til now…. So getting some seltzer water and going to bed

    B- coconut kefir with strawberries, mango, chia seeds and egg white protein
    L- grilled chicken with salsa, grilled pineapple and carrot sticks
    S- pepitas and raisins
    D- seared scallops, spinach and 1/2 sweet potato
    All my water, coconut water, tea and soda water in

    Breakfast – 3 eggs and bacon
    Green tea black
    Snack – almonds and dried cranberries
    Lunch – sliced ham, fresh fruit, larabar
    Snack – banana
    Dinner – Take out from Wicked – flat iron sirloin, chimichurri, arugula, and sweet drop peppers (which were really good by the way) and asparagus
    2 – glasses of Pinot Noir red wine
    Water mark hit on this rest day

    fruit
    skipped lunch
    another wedding, much better nutrition decision making than last go round but beer still cost me the point (stayed away from cake & candy bar this time & hit the bacon wrapped scallops with a vengeance)
