    Not sure what to post about points- I stayed within the criteria for the basic daily points 🙂
    What is a mindful eating log?

      Jillian Sound like 6 points then if you have no violations. The mindful eating log is just of a log of your food intake for the day. You can do this in a writing journal or through the my fitness pal app.

    Great job guys. Remember the first two weeks are the hardest. So by the end of the week we will be pairing up people in teams of two. So you are not only accountable for you but for your partner as well. There will be partner challenges as well over the five weeks. This blog is also a great place to ask questions, encourage others, share recipes that you like as well as any struggles you may be having. Good luck and have fun!!

    Hey everyone, your first team challenge is this week. You eAch need to do a yoke carry for forty feet without stopping until you reach the 40 ft mark. Each person will see how much weight they can walk with the yoke for forty feet. This can be done as many times as you like. Add up you and your partners total weight. This must be logged by this Saturday. The yoke is approx 185 lbs. have fun
