5 – 10 WB, 5 CTBPUUsed 95# on the bent over row. I used a blue and a red on the pull ups for the first time, I am certainly surprised at how strong my arms are getting! Getting noticed that I dropped some weight too is always nice 😉 SOOOOO glad I found such an awesome box with a great community!

6 + 10 w/12 WB and blue and purple bands, did 65# for bent over row, 2 points today
5 rounds + 10 + 6. I was so close to finishing 6 rounds! My arms were shot hah. 6# WB, blue and red bands for pull ups still.. I did 1 round of bent over rows with 65#, the others I used 55#. Great 6 a.m. class!
Super impressed with Carl today. He did all his chest 2 bar strict!
