    I try to get in 5 days a week! I used to feel guilty when I would have a morning when I would skip a workout ( unplanned) and sleep in – like I did today- but I’ve learned that when that happens its because I really needed the sleep! I have some weeks when I do 4 days because life gets a little crazy!

    Because of my 24hr shifts and rotating schedule it’s extremely rare if I get in 5 WODs. My usual week is 3 with an occasional 4.

    I aim for 5 and always hit at least 4, but like Erin, on the rare occasion I can only make 3…I don’t stress anymore! Oh and I try to take 3-4 days off in a row at least once every 3 months cuz I know how valuable recovery can be!

    At least 3 usually 4 and if I’m lucky 5
    I hate to miss a WOD
    I prefer going to Crossfit, but I will do an alternative worklout..(run, Mountain bike ride)

    I have always and currently come in 5 days/week, Mon-Fri. I am going to soon add Saturdays. As said in a recent comment, I find that I tend to de-train very fast and after 2 days am pretty worthless physically by Sunday afternoon on the present schedule. I don’t know if I’m hooked on the exercise endorphins, just enjoy coming here so much or what, but rest days definitely set me back way more than they help.

    I aim for 3-4 times per week, but travel for work disrupts that especially in 2013. I kept track and averaged 9 times per month.

    I would love to come everyday, but I found 4 or 5 days is the most I can handle, recover and keep advancing. The exercise is intense. When overtraining my intensity drops, too much tear down.

    16:03 using a purple and red band and not quite toes all the way to bar, but the rest was Rx. I was very happy to get 30 doubles in a reasonable amount of time. I try to make sure I make it in 5 times a week. If I try to go without rest days, I definitely feel pretty run down and feel the effects of my fatigue in my workouts.

    14:13 that was fun but my stomach did not enjoy those burpees! I have been 3-4 x per week since August. For my first 5 years of CrossFit I did 5-6 x per week. I am really hoping and looking forward to reaching my goal of 5 x per week starting in the new Box!

    I’m with you Erin. I felt like the chest 2 bar took 15 minutes.

    I did 4-5 times a week for years. Like Mark I have had some setbacks this fall but am looking forward to 2014 and a fresh start.
