Wasn’t sure how hard to go at this given its length and the layoff I am still coming back from. In hindsight, could have gone heavier on the DL.
14 +4 dead lifts only at 125#. The pushups got me!

I lost track but it must have been at least 32 rounds RX
18 rounds. Actually enjoyed this workout. It was well balanced where one thing didn’t fall apart but the others were easy. Was able to keep moving and push but wasn’t standing over a heavy bar or lying on the floor feeling sorry for myself until Josh said “TIME!”
