    Snatch up to 75#, clean up to 115#, pull up negatives and double unders for skills. Been feeling a bit down lately & this WOD picked me back up.

    C: box jumps, double unders, 6×200’s, and played around with the 30lb wall ball. Not a problem going up, but a little scary coming down:-)

    C. Worked on handstand walks for about 20 mins. Got up to 4 steps but then after that wasn’t making any progress. Gotta keep at it!

    Skill workout was double unders and muscle ups.
    Got my first muscle up… Very shaky! Second felt great, third per Mark wanting to video tape it felt ok.. Now need to string together!

    snatch 40-55 lbs
    clean 55-75 lbs- tried & was successful with 80 after the WOD was finished.. hello PR!
    skill work- a couple scary, assisted hand stands (thanks Mark), pull up deficits & the monkey bars for fun 🙂
