    9 rds +1 red/purple bands for all but first 2 rds. Red only on rds 1 & 2. Push-ups were a killer.

    Well. I got 13 rounds plus 11 Rx

    I previously got 16 rounds. Although it was not even close to a PR, I felt good afterwards and look forward to beating that 16 next time we do this wod.

    10 + 5 used red band for first 2 rounds then switched my grip and went to red and purple…used the 12″ box for push ups
