13:02 45# red & purple bands. I did 10 or 11 thrusters with 50# but had to take 5# off because my wrist was just NOT having it.
12:28 95# R/G Fun WOD and great to be back after a few days off.
Did yesterday’s Sumo DL after the WOD.405# (PR) stopped there because of twinge in my neck and the WOD was catching up to me.
14:33 40# G/R bands.
15:46 50# R/P bands for pull-ups
12:00 45# red and purple bands.
Forgot what I wrote on the board but it was 17-ish rx with strict pullups. Great job Christina and Kevin, my 6:30 soldiers!!!
