    Hey everyone. I miss my crossfit family! Figured I’d post our “WOD” from today from the fire academy.

    45 seconds at each station with 10 seconds of rest:
    Hand release push ups
    Push press
    Squats
    Dips
    Something called a cross country skier
    And something called a dead bug (core exercise)
    And the final station was running up 4 stories and back down

    Very much like a crossfit WOD and I can honestly say I would not be where I am now without the help of all the great coaches and fellow crossfitters. See everyone soon! 🙂
