Workout Of The Day

Nutrition Challenge Test

At 0:00
A. Time Trial:
 Row 1000m immediately followed by Run 800m as fast as you can. Score the total time.

At 12:00
B. “Triple Threat”
 2:00 Max Pull Ups
Rest 2:00
2:00 Max Box Jumps 24/20
Rest 2:00
2:00 Max Burpees
Score the 3 movements separately.

At 30:00
C. Run 800m then immediately row 1000m Score the total Time. (If you did A. with the run first, this time row first.)

To get as accurate a result as possible really push for your best scores on A,B and C.

    That’s a way to start the day!! If I remember my scored from the board:
    8:32, 26 pull-ups, 32? Box jumps, 27 burpees 8:58
    I think I blacked out a little on the last row:)

      I totally agree with Erin. That was a tough WOD especially at 6am and you finished and worked your butt off. Nothing to be disappointed about.

    Tough WOD to complete only 12 hours after finishing Mondays WOD!

    18 pull ups (B/P bands still)
    30 box jumps
    19, terrible terrible burpees
    8:42 run, row.

    That WOD woke you up for the day! On the last 800, I was fading a bit and started walking and next thing I know John (I think) gave me a little push on the back and said you got this. It was exactly what I needed and ended up finishing it strong. No way you get that encouragement in a regular gym or if you are out by yourself. Thanks.

    38 box step ups, 20″ box, had to do these instead of box jumps because of a lower back injury I’m trying to work through.

    Don’t even recall any of my numbers!!!! I do remember that I did 32 burpees only bc I only did 11 box jumps lol! I was completely disconnected this morning at 6am. Weird. Just couldn’t get it together!!! I take an F for the day! Oh but I did eat super clean today. So, yay me 🙂
