Workout Of The Day

“Death By Clean And Jerk”
On The Minute Start With 1 Clean And Jerk, each successive minute add one rep until you can no longer continue. Use a weight that you can do around 15 reps Max. Guys RX 135 Ladies RX 95

Regionals are this weekend in the North East!

    Just barely squeaked in 8 rounds..and then did some extra reps on the ladder back down too. I think it totaled 43 (ish)
    I felt really tired today, blech.

    7 rounds rx, then worked by way back down using some undetermined rep scheme due to possible loss of consciousness. Didn’t get nearly as far as I’ve gotten using 115# in the past but I wanted to go heavy.

    Used 135 and got through the 9 minutes, then tried 155 and got through the 6 minutes

    All night thinking why did I only get 6 rds then realized I had 25’s and 10’s total of 85# not 75#
