Nutrition Challenge Day 15!

Although you shouldn’t step on the scale every day, it is good to check in from time to time. Since we just passed the halfway point it’s a good time. Weigh yourself under the same circumstances, on the same scale, and at the same time of day to get as accurate a reading as possible. If the scale isn’t moving the way you would like to see but your strength, performance, and the way your clothes fit are all going in the right direction: you are on the right track! Less than 2 weeks to go, stay strong and keep up the great work!

    17:07 with 2 mats for HSPU and straight bar for dips.
    Apparently I crashed the elite athlete class today at 4:30.

    I got JT’d. Not sure my shoulders will ever forgive me. Some HSPU negatives and some pikes on the box. Red banded ring dips. 18:06 of pure joy.
