Water: try to start your day with several cups before eating or having coffee. Add lime or lemon for a better flavor, a little vitiman C and electrolytes.
Seltzer: Better with meals if it’s flavored because your body won’t spike insulin from the response to the sweet, but a great way to help stay hydrated.
Coconut Water: This is great for post workout as a way to replenish lost fluids and electrolytes. It mixes well with protein and has beneficial carbs for recovery.
