CONGRATULATIONS to all that participated in the nutritional challenge. Everyone looks great, and all those PRs!!! So much for all those quick fix diets out there….just eat clean and keep moving!

5 rounds A very hard one after a layoff like I’ve had. 1 Pd KB felt like a ton.
