Immediately following we will be watching the open announcement at 8pm. Feel free to hang out, bring something to eat and drink if you’d like.

WE ARE CLOSED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WHILE THE GYM IS BEING GIVEN A FACELIFT!

Friday immediately following the 5:30pm class we will be moving some things away from the walls if anyone can lend a hand for a few minutes.

    B) HSPU
    C) ring dips (red band)
    D) pistols (r/p band)
    Practiced them all, getting better with my ring dips. Double unders no lucky yet but will get there haha.. HSPU trying to get against the wall w/o help.. Feel stronger with my pistols was using blue band before most of the time..Getting there lol
