Need lots of work on bench press; also push ups really slowed me down which is part of the same problem.

Used 24″ box. I assumed that was the RX.
A)having an elbow problem, so used a 1 pood kettlebell on each side for the unstable bench to bring the weight down. worked up to 125 plus the kb for a set of 4
B)9:55 RX, used 24 inch box
Nice job today everybody!!! Nice to have the door open and do a little bit of running! Big shout out to the nutrition challenge finishers and all their PRs!

A) 80#. Tried 85# but it wasn’t happening today.
B) 15:09. Push ups from the knees.
A. 65, 85, 90, 90, 90 tried 5 set at 90 but could only get the 1 rep for the last two sets
B. 12:01 RX

A) 95×2, 100×1–pretty disappointing since I got 110×3 in January.
B) 16:59, push ups all over the place. I think I got a few actual planks, but probably mostly from the knees.

B. 16:08 RX. Felt so slow. That KB was heavy for me but the .5 PD is too light. I feel like I’m between pants sizes. 🙂
