Saturday September 13th Is Bring A Friend Day. This Is a Great Opportunity To Introduce People To The Program That Has Changed Your Life In So Many Ways, In A Non Intimidating, First-Timer Friendly Way.

October 18th We Are Hosting The Team Competition. Registration and Details Will Be Released Friday! 

Starting Next Week Kids Class Will Be Monday At 4:30 For 5-8 Year Olds. Also Wednesday At 4:30 For 9-12 Year Olds. Please Sign Up At The Box!

Monday From 8:45-11am and 5-8pm Professional Massage Therapy Will Be Available On Location At C3.

    Did a modified wod of 5 rounds 500m row with 3 min rest in between. Finally made it to a 5:30 class. I think I was still asleep until at least my second or third round:)

    First day of any sort of running/jogging since the road race and it was ugly and very slow. Thankfully there is always tomorrow.
