Worked up to 140#… 2 rounds plus 36 RX

Up to 155# x2 on squats1.5 rounds in 5 mins, toes aaaaaalmost to bar. I think I PRd my DUs at 15 in a row.

125# back squat2 rounds plus 80 singles

Worked up to 175#2 rnds plus 44 RX

170×2 back squat.2 rounds plus 20 DUs with high knees instead of toes to bar.

A: 335# x 2Probably could have done a little more, but I stopped because I seemed to be upsetting Andy:-)

B: 2 rounds + 12 TtB w/ 80 SU
