    Took it slow today, I have a tweaked back and a competition on Sept 21st.
    185,205,215,225 bench press
    3 rounds plus 14 lunges.

    OMG, Terry! Impressive numbers.
    100×2 on the bench press. I really thought I was getting 105x2today. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.
    2 rds plus 38 reps RX. So close to 3 rounds!! This was definitely deceptively difficult Jen! Agreed.
