4x800m Run
Rest Until The Clock Hits The Next Round Number After 3:00
For Example:
Run 1
When The Clock Hits 6:27 it has been exactly 3:00, the next round number is 7:00. Go at 7:00
This will make it easier to time each 800m run by going at a round number
