A New Olympic Weightlifting Club will be starting on Fridays at 6:30pm at CrossFit Cape Cod.
Focus will be on the Clean and Jerk and Snatch. The first one is Friday Sept 5th at 6:30pm. All levels are welcome.

Ugh I’m missing really great WODs and everyone. I’ve had terrible jay fever and a sinus infection. On 2nd day of antibiotics so hopefully in soon!
