    Extra work
    3 x 400 m runs – First one was 1:24 the next two got progressively slower.

    I’ve been staring at that new tall box over by the wall ball rack for a couple of weeks now. It has been calling to me to come jump on it with its elegant sloped sides and matted top. Even though it comes up almost to my waste, tonight I decided to take a chance. It was so exhilarating, I did it 24 more times after the first successful one and didn’t once shin myself! Of course with my luck you can almost guarantee box jumps as part of tomorrows WOD.

    18:21. 200 singles BUT I got 19 doubles together after the WOD. Hindsight maybe I should’ve done em in the WOD..
