    13:08 RX. I was honestly trying to do that in 12 but I felt exhausted as soon as I started running. Time to rest!

    I looked at this WOD and said there is no way that I will be able to finish that. I had never run a whole mile straught… EVER. but i did it!!!! i can a 9:47 mile and finished the WOD at 17:11. It is amazing what we are all capable of if we just do it haha!

    16:10 RX. 6:26 mile, was hoping for under 6, but hammys still sore from plate good mornings. At the 50 sit-up mark I started fading fast.. Need to work on those!!
