    Part A 155#
Part B 32, 36, 38 aggravated my foot again on the first one and ended up rowing the last two. So frustrating!

Worked up to 145# on the press progression, then a bunch of other accessory work which included my first bar muscle up, strict baby! WOOHOO!!!

My WOD’s today were a 3 mile run before work, mowing the lawn and an 8 mile bike ride after work. That’s a rest day from xfit?

I’m with ya Sarah. My shoulders were toast got 75, failed on 80…but didn’t feel like stripping the bar so I did the progression at 80. As for my run well, I did it…and only complained a little:)
    43-46 or 47 I think.
