405 for 2 on the deadlift. Weird: my best deadlift for 1 was 395. Good day for me. 5 rounds even rx on part 2. Allen is a beast
Jojo feel better. It’s ok to rest when you are sick. You don’t want to get worse. I promise you won’t lose anything if you take a few days off and even if it takes you a couple of workouts to feel like yourself again you will bounce back. We have all been there!
Kristin I have many nights I don’t want to post my scores. We all have off days. At least we keep showing up and doing our best!
