135# for all
I must have kept them close to my body because my shins are a bloody mess.

Really lighting up the blog tonight everyone… (crickets)
Worked with 135# throughout the 5 minutes and then some more work after the 5 minutes. Some were full depth squat snatches and others I couldn’t seem to squat.
I used 45# for all but the last 2 rounds when I went up to 55#…really tried to work on my form
