    Worked on 65# OHS/c2b and 14# wall balls/t2b…great mobility after, needed that!

    1: Snatch 115# / wall balls 30# (8-10 per for both)

    2: Deadlift 275# (5-7 per) / Double unders

    Olympic lifts! Hang snatch + OHS, then hang squat clean + jerk.

    Did 60 Burpees over the bar, 30 overhead squats and 10 muscle ups.
    Then 5:00 squat clean to over head. 17 reps. Life draining.

    Worked on snatch and wall balls, then ohs and dubs. Love skill work wods:)

    Worked on things that I am really bad at like pull ups and toes to bar, but also snatches and double unders. While I get really discouraged on days like today because I get frustrated by my lack of skills in these movements, I know it’s a step in the right direction. Thank you Mason for all the positive encouragement and helpful tips! I appreciate how much you keep me moving forward on things I just don’t want to work on at all.
