Everyone’s names are on the scoreboard so make sure you put checks next to your name on the days you are successful. This will allow you the opportunity to see the big picture, and to make yourself accountable. We are going to use the points as one of the main ways to discern the winner!

    Due to my work schedule I did the nutritional benchmark WOD today…alone. Wasn’t fun or easy… I was dreading doing it because I saw all the comments last week. It was tough, but thats why I’m at Crossfit! Day 5 of strict Paleo…withdrawal headaches hit me at 4:15 on day three….I think I’m passed the hardest part. Waiting for the energy level to kick in and it should be smooth sailing for the last three weeks…. I hope everyone is kicking butt and sticking to their goals! Keep smiling!!!
