    20 calories each round
    Followed by some slow & intentionally sandbagged 400 meter runs today.
    Approached it like an active recovery wod after yesterday. Phew!

    my row was 20, 20, 18, 18. Rope climb was 3,3,3,2. My run was slightly better than Dave, because I had to beat him at something this month.
