    Great job today everyone!! The commentary on the runs were hillarious… “this running backwards is ridiculous”, “people are looking at us weird”, it’s confusing to watch others run forward as they pass me running backwards”, “I don’t like Griff.” You all powered thru it like champs!

    Today was a lot of fun, even though the entire WOD was much harder than I anticipated. Even though running backwards was ridiculously difficult, it was funny.
