    Did this wod solo… Not fun doing it alone nor in 27 degrees… 18:30 rx those lunges were brutal!

    This was a toughie. Cold cold air = lungs a fire. Saw mason just finishing this WOD as I was coming into class. Wasn’t pretty! But she’s a beast and she encourages us to “fight for it”!! Love it, hate it. Be back for more
